1.  You must attend regularly which will be defined as one in five consecutive meetings. There are usually 3 meetings a month; the last Monday is a Chamber lunch. This means you must attend one meeting every six weeks. Exceptions have been made to those who have extenuating circumstances, as long as you maintain contact with me and keep me abreast of your situation.
   
   
2.  You must RSVP. If you fail to send a reply to your invitation five consecutive weeks, you will be removed from the email list.
   
   
3.  You must RSVP to the event NO LATER than 12 noon on the Friday before the meeting. Failing to do so means no seat has been reserved for you. If something comes up and you can’t make the meeting, you must send your cancellation NO LATER than 10 am on Monday.
   
   
4.  If you RSVP and do NOT show for meeting; please know that you are still responsible for the payment of $15.
   
   
5.  You must attend 3 consecutive meetings to be placed on our website.  Once on the website you must be in compliance of all of these rules to remain on website or email list.
   
   
6.  Have respect and courtesy for your fellow PNL members. NO TALKING while others have the floor. You can signal you’d like the salt without yelling it across the table!!
   
   
7.  NO CELL PHONES. Turn your ringer off or on vibrate and NO TEXTING!
   
   
8.  Keep your commercial to 30 seconds!! You will be timed.
   
   
9.  If you have special dietary needs, please notify me so that I can arrange something satisfactory with the restaurant and make it available to ALL members. DO NOT contact restaurant directly.

2.  Arrive on time!! Networking starts at 11:30, the meeting at noon.
